3-Day "CryptoA2Z" Training Program Held in Baku

28 April 2025

A three-day intensive "CryptoA2Z" training program was held at the Blockchain Training Center operating under the Innovation Center, organized jointly by the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SIM) under the Ministry of Economy, the Innovation Center under the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and Binance Academy, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency education platforms.

The initiative was carried out under the memorandum signed between C4IR and Binance last year. The primary goal of this memorandum is to equip Azerbaijani youth and professionals with advanced knowledge in Web3, blockchain, and related technologies.

This cooperation encompasses activities such as curriculum development, lectures by industry experts, and joint seminars for educators.

The training, which took place from April 25 to 27, was designed for individuals interested in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, particularly those who are new to the field. Nearly 162 registered participants from across the country attended the program.

The main objectives of the training program were to increase public awareness about cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies in Azerbaijan, demonstrate the practical significance of digital financial tools, and strengthen prospects for local and international cooperation in this field.

Within the framework of the program, participants were provided with detailed information on the history of cryptocurrency, key concepts, and the operational principles of blockchain technology — including decentralization, network structure, and transaction processes. The program also covered initial knowledge on crypto security, methods of protecting user data, as well as topics such as memecoins, DeFi (Decentralized Finance), NFTs, and Web3 technologies.

Participants gained practical experience in creating and using crypto accounts, and worked on real-life examples related to the application areas and economic opportunities of cryptocurrency. Additionally, useful insights were provided regarding career prospects in the sector and opportunities for innovative startups.

The training sessions were conducted using an interactive and practical approach. Participants received information on crypto accounts and transaction processes, and engaged in quizzes, games, and Q&A sessions.

At the end of the program, active participants were awarded official certificates, special gifts, and deposit opportunities on the Binance platform.
