The Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR Azerbaijan) under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in collaboration with Binance, successfully organized the “Baku Learning Lab” training program. The event brought together more than 100 participants.

Within the framework of Baku Learning Lab, participants gained practical knowledge on blockchain, Web3 technologies, trading tools, and the fundamental mechanisms of the crypto market. During the live training sessions, experts delivered presentations based on real-world examples and addressed participants’ questions.

It should be noted that Baku Learning Lab serves as an educational platform aimed at increasing knowledge in the cryptocurrency sector, strengthening professional networking, and expanding access to innovative financial tools.

The initiative is implemented within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the C4IR and Binance in 2024, as well as the “Strategy for the Development of the Digital Economy in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026–2029.”
